As a Weyfringe customer you get free access to our factory trained engineers who can advise you on any operating or maintenance questions which may arise. We are happy to talk you through creating a new label design, advise on which application identifier you should be using in your GS1 128 barcode, help you select the right label and ribbon combination (and supply samples) for that demanding high temperature application and even talk you through how to change a printhead. ALL AT NO COST
All new Weyfringe products come with a full 12 months warranty and should a problem arise, as manufacturers, we have a huge range of parts on the shelf ready for same day dispatch.
We also provide operator training and if you are running a 24/7 operation we can even train your maintenance staff to carry out preventative maintenance and servicing – often at no charge.
On site maintenance contracts are available for maximum peace of mind and this guarantees you a priority response should a service issue arise.
