Simple, Accurate Label Position Adjustment

Both the Series 6000 and Series 7000 feature Weyfringe’s intuitive push-button label positioning system.

This design:

    • Reduces time spent on manual adjustments
    • Eliminates the need to reposition sensors or mechanical brackets
    • Allows fine positioning changes without stopping production

Operators adjust label position using forward and reverse buttons on the remote LCD control pod, making setup faster and more repeatable compared to traditional mechanically adjusted systems.

The Series 6000 and 7000 are designed to improve consistency across high SKU volumes, maintain accurate label placement between runs and support smooth line changeovers with minimal downtime.

The Series 7000 includes protected memory that stores multiple label-position settings. This allows operators to recall saved positions instantly when switching products, reducing setup time and the risk of operator error.

Series 6000 Pre-Printed Label Applicator

The Series 6000 is a compact, cost-effective automatic label applicator designed for straightforward labelling tasks where space is limited but industrial reliability is still required.

It is suitable for continuous or flash labelling but sophisticated enough for more demanding production environments as well as production environments upgrading from manual or semi-automatic labelling

The Series 6000 applies labels up to 114mm wide and 150mm long, making it a practical entry point into fully automatic pre-printed labelling 

Series 7000 Pre-Printed Label Applicator

The Series 7000 is designed for more demanding production lines requiring larger labels, faster changeovers or frequent product changes.

In addition to supporting larger label sizes, up to 170mm wide and 250mm long, the Series 7000 allows multiple label positions to be stored and recalled instantly, reducing downtime between runs.

It is well suited to:

    • Higher-demand production environments
    • Lines with frequent SKU changes
    • Applications where setup speed and repeatability are critical
